  • Once you purchase the service, you’ll receive an email with detailed photo instructions and a short questionnaire. Simply complete the questionnaire, follow the instructions to take your photos, and send everything back to me.

  • I’ll reach out if I need anything additional from you and will provide a delivery date for your analysis. Timing can vary depending on the complexity of each case, but on average it takes about 5 business days.

  • Done! You’ll receive your personalized color analysis presentation — watch and listen carefully to learn your colors — along with your custom color chart. You’ll now have your forever colors!
